Items ordered and paid for during business days will be shipped in 2-4 business days, unless otherwise noted in the website banner. We primarily ship through FedEX. After leaving our facility, FedEX typically delivers in 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
All orders placed outside of the United States ship for free with a purchase over $80. Orders under $80 or subject to shipping carrier prices.
**We do ship outside of the United States. That shipping calculation will be determined at checkout. Not responsible for any charges by customs.
We also offer Same-Day Shipping (excluding Sunday's) which can me selected as an option during checkout.
If you have any problems with your order, (items not delivered, or items not what you expected etc), please reach out as soon as possible so that we can make it right. Our main priority is to ensure that our customer's expectations are exceeded.
Please keep in mind that all products are handmade and 100% natural. Product’s are curated and have a slight natural scent, no fragrance added.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can, to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In most cases, returns are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. However, in rare cases, we may accommodate store-credit due to damage/defect. In order to receive store-credit, please reach out to us within 15 days of delivery.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.
